At Green Goddess Southsea, I am committed to maintaining trust and confidence to all of my website visitors.

I will never sell, or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy there is lots of information on when and why I collect your personal data and how I use it.

Website Cookies

This website uses cookies to collect information.  This includes information about browsing and purchasing behaviour by people who access the website: pages viewed, products purchased and the customer journey around the website.

Google Analytics

When someone visits greengoddesssouthsea.com I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the website.

Mailing Lists

If you would like to subscribe up to my weekly Inspiration Mail - 'Feel Good, Look Good, Do Good', I collect personal information. I use that information for a couple of reasons: to send you e-mail communications containing inspiration & special offers; to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information (this is very rare); to check my records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I do not don’t sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

I use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver emails. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve my communications to you. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails, or by emailing greengoddesssouthsea@outlook.com.

Ticketing Data

When you purchase a ticket for any of my wellbeing events, either via Eventbrite or directly through the this website, your name, address data, email and contact number (whatever we collect at the time) will be stored in our Mailchimp customer management system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company, and is only used to talk to you as a customer, provide information that you need or may be interested in as a customer or follower of Green Goddess Southsea.

Third Parties

Your information is only accessible to third parties which help me to manage my business, such as my Customer Relationship System (Mailchimp), Ticketing (Eventbrite), Diary Bookings (***), Web Hosting (Wix).

Some of my events may be presented in partnership with other small businesses.  I will let them know about your booking for our events, but will not pass on any more information than is necessary for checking in, usually full name. On arrival for courses, you may share your name and contact details with them if you wish.

Please rest assured that none of the above partners are able contact you unless you tell them this is acceptable.  I will not share sensitive information or your payment details. This is something you will control.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold. Email your request to greengoddesssouthsea@outlook.com.
